One thing, and only if you type it in: the email address you give the waitlist. This page says what happens to it, who handles it, and how to remove it.
LAST UPDATED 28 JULY 2026
The only personal data this site collects is your email address, and only when you submit the waitlist form. No name, no company, no location, no other field. There is no account to create.
Subscription uses double opt-in. After you submit the form, you receive one email asking you to confirm. If you do not confirm, the address is not added to the list. If someone enters your address by mistake, no confirmation means no subscription.
The waitlist is run on Buttondown, an email service that acts as processor for this list. Your address is stored on their systems so that the launch email can be sent. Their privacy policy is published at buttondown.com/privacy.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP addresses in order to serve the page and to protect against abuse. This is standard server operation and is not used to profile you. Their privacy policy is published at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Buttondown and Cloudflare are the only two companies involved. The two links above are set so that following them does not tell either company that you came from this page.
Your address is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or passed to any other party.
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts and no tracking cookies. The pages are static files. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the ordinary server logs described above.
The only outbound request the site makes is the waitlist form submission itself, and only when you press the button.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes your address from the list.
You can also write to hello@frameward.app and ask to be removed, or ask what is stored about you, and it will be done without conditions.
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@frameward.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
This notice covers the website. The FRAMEWARD application itself is local-first by design: your spots, photos, notes, trips and gear lists live in a database on your Mac. There is no account and no sync server, and the app does not send your library anywhere.
When a feature needs an outside provider, such as fetching a forecast, the app shows you the exact fields it would send and waits for your approval each time. A full privacy notice for the application will accompany the release.
The controller of this site can be reached at hello@frameward.app. Every request under this notice, including removal and access, is answered from that address.
